This is where Wingy hangs out when he's not got a towel wrapped around his head. Wingy, oddly enough, is a second cousin thrice removed of Ford Prefect! An even otter, is much odder than an odd otter. Even odder, Wingy was one of the chief engineers involved in "thumb technology". (You hear a Vogon ship pass overhead.)
