Wingy      Location:  In front of a dozer

This is Wingy's primary Rupert character. Wingy is a third cousin twice removed... of the infamous Ford Prefect! Wingy was born with a silver thumb in his mouth. He is one of the mad scientists of moodom, and he experiments with explosive verbs quite often. I think he stole some tech recipes from the Vogons, to tell you the truth.
